Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher, based in Medan Sunggal. The Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and providing individualized instruction to support diverse learning needs. Other responsibilities include assessing student progress, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure student success. The candidate will also contribute to curriculum development and participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in education.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum development
- Strong background in Education and Teaching methods
- Effective Communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience in Training and mentoring students to reach their learning objectives
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field required; teaching certification is a plus
- Proven ability to manage a classroom and adapt to diverse educational needs
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
