This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. As the Owner at Kementerian Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman (PKP), you will oversee key operational, strategic, and management tasks to ensure the success and sustainability of the organization's housing and settlement projects. Daily responsibilities include supervising project execution, managing budgets, leading teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining stakeholder relationships while working toward the organization's broader mission and goals.

• Leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills
• Financial planning, budget management, and resource allocation skills
• Knowledge of regulatory and government compliance in housing and settlement sectors
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in project management and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is beneficial
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, Business Management, or a relevant field
• Experience in government or public sector roles is an advantage
