Role Description

Participate in structured training covering teaching methods, lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment.

Develop an understanding of the Cambridge curriculum and its implementation in the classroom.

Strengthen English communication skills for teaching, where relevant to the assigned level and subject.

Observe experienced teachers and participate in microteaching and guided teaching practice.

Learn to understand students learning needs, development stages, and individual differences.

Apply Kreativa Global School's educational philosophy and Islamic values in teaching and daily interactions.

Receive mentoring, feedback, and periodic assessments to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a relevant subject area.

Fresh graduates, experienced teachers, and subject specialists are welcome to apply.

Good academic foundation and a strong interest in teaching and learning.

English proficiency: IELTS 6.0 or equivalent for Kindergarten–Primary candidates, and IELTS 6.5 or equivalent for Secondary–High School candidates.

Strong communication, collaboration, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

Commitment to Islamic values and student development.

Cambridge curriculum experience is an advantage.
