Role Description This is a part-time on-site Teacher role based in Gianyar. The Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum and learning objectives, using both offline and technology-enabled teaching methods. Responsibilities include explaining concepts clearly, guiding learners through exercises, assessing progress, and providing constructive feedback. The Teacher will collaborate with colleagues to design teaching materials, support soft skills development, and participate in training or professional development programs. The role also involves maintaining a positive classroom environment, communicating with learners and guardians as needed, and contributing to continuous improvement of teaching practices.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with the ability to apply effective pedagogical methods.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training to design structured, outcome-focused learning activities.
- Excellent Communication skills for explaining complex concepts, engaging learners, and collaborating with colleagues.
- Relevant teaching experience in school or tutoring environments; experience with blended offline/online learning is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to use digital tools and learning platforms to support instruction.
- Patient, learner-focused mindset, with strong classroom management and problem-solving skills.
