Job Description

Tax & Treasury Team Lead – SME

We are looking for an experienced Tax & Treasury Team Lead to manage and oversee tax compliance, treasury operations, cash management, and financial governance activities within a shared services environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end Tax & Treasury operations

• Oversee tax reporting and compliance including VAT, WHT, Corporate Tax, and statutory reporting

• Manage cash flow activities, bank reconciliations, payment processes, and treasury operations

• Ensure financial data, tax processes, and reporting are accurate and comply with company policies and regulations

• Act as the main contact person for audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory matters

• Monitor and strengthen internal controls and governance processes

• Lead and mentor team members while supporting knowledge transfer and process improvements

• Collaborate with stakeholders and support issue resolution related to tax and treasury matters

Requirements:

8–12 years of experience in Tax, Treasury, Finance Compliance, or Finance Operations

• Experience leading teams within shared services, BPO, or large corporate environments

• Strong experience in tax accounting, treasury operations, cash management, reconciliations, and statutory reporting

• Hands-on experience with SAP Finance (mandatory)

• Strong understanding of audit, compliance, and internal control processes

• Good stakeholder management and communication skills

• Fluent in English
