Tax Supervisor

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee end-to-end tax compliance (Corporate Income Tax, VAT, WHT), including review of high-volume documentation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong risk control.
• Analyze tax implications of key business transactions and provide practical, strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support tax audits and disputes, and engage with tax authorities and external advisors.
• Proactively identify tax risks and optimization opportunities, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Strengthen internal tax processes, controls, and documentation to ensure governance and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and supervise/mentor junior team members.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive tax experience, including exposure to compliance and advisory/strategic roles.
• Strong knowledge of corporate taxation, VAT, WHT, and general tax planning concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex tax regulations into clear business insights.
• Proven leadership capability with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management.
• Proficient in tax systems and Microsoft Excel.
• [Preferred] USKP (Indonesian Tax Certification) or equivalent professional certification.
• Willing to adhere to the company's work-from-office policy.
