As a Tax Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to prevailing tax regulations. This role requires strong technical tax knowledge, leadership capability, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, tax authorities, and external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Supervise tax reporting and tax payment processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Plan, coordinate, and consolidate company-wide tax matters to optimize tax costs while maintaining full compliance.
• Review and manage tax filings, tax reconciliations, and supporting documentation in accordance with government regulations.
• Monitor updates and changes in tax laws, regulations, and policies; assess their impact on the company and implement necessary adjustments.
• Coordinate and liaise with tax authorities and external consultants in relation to tax inquiries, audits, and compliance matters.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to the tax team on regulatory updates, best practices, and internal tax procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement of tax processes, systems, and strategies to enhance efficiency and minimize tax risks.
• Assist tax planning initiatives and cost-saving strategies to improve overall tax efficiency.
• Monitor and facilitate weekly meetings within the Tax Department to ensure alignment, progress tracking, and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in tax, accounting, or related roles, with exposure to supervisory or team coordination responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Taxation, VAT, Transfer Pricing, and overall tax compliance.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh, PPN, and Withholding Tax.
• Experience in tax reporting, tax reconciliation, and audit preparation.
• Proficient in tax and accounting systems such as Coretax, Oracle, or similar tax software.
• Ability to analyze financial statements for tax and compliance purposes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide and develop team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
