Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Tax, preferably as Tax Specialist, Tax Officer, Tax Accountant, or equivalent position.
Experience in MICE, hospitality, event management, tourism, or other service-based industries is highly preferred.
Proven experience in preparing, calculating, reconciling, and submitting monthly and annual corporate tax reports.
Strong hands-on knowledge of PPh, PPN, withholding tax, tax invoices, and corporate tax compliance.
Experienced in handling tax issues and cases within a corporate environment, including tax discrepancies, tax clarification, tax audits, and correspondence with the Tax Office.
Able to independently conduct tax reconciliation between accounting records, transactions, invoices, and tax reporting.
Proficient in using Coretax, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, DJP Online, and other relevant Indonesian tax systems.
Able to identify tax risks, potential tax liabilities, and compliance gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
Strong understanding of current Indonesian taxation regulations and able to adapt to regulatory changes.
Experienced in coordinating tax matters with Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and operational teams.
Tax Brevet A & B certification is preferred.
Experience dealing with tax consultants, tax auditors, or tax authorities is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high accuracy in handling financial and tax data.
Able to work independently, meet strict tax reporting deadlines, and manage multiple tax matters simultaneously.
Good communication skills and able to explain tax requirements and implications to non-tax stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting/ERP systems.
Good English communication skills are preferred, particularly for handling international clients, vendors, or business partners.
