Provide proactive tax insights to internal teams on income tax, transfer pricing, indirect taxes, and other tax implications related to transactions with customers, creditors, debtors, and contract parties across end-to-end processes.
Manage tax dispute processes, including pre-transaction analysis, documentation, audit readiness, and tax litigation, with a focus on minimizing risks and resolving disputes effectively.
Oversee and maintain tax reconciliation processes, analyze payroll liability accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve variances.
Review payroll-related tax reports and summary invoices to ensure accurate withholding tax application.
Review new agreements with third parties to ensure compliance from financial and tax perspectives.
Develop, implement, and enforce tax-related policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
Handle individual income tax matters, including tax return preparation and tax ID registration for expatriates.
Lead and develop the tax team through coaching, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Stay updated on tax regulations and communicate relevant changes to management and employees, including conducting training when needed.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants on tax-related assignments (e.g., transfer pricing documentation, corporate income tax returns).
Maintain relationships with external parties, including consultants and tax authorities.
Requirements:
Min. holds a Bachelor's degree
8+ years experience in a tax preparation with 3+ years experience as managerial position.
Has extensive experience in litigation, arbitration and other dispute resolution procedures.
Strong knowledge about taxation regulation and accounting system.
Experience in tax strategy implementation and planning support
Good business acumen
Holds Brevet A, B (Brevet C would be an added value)
Knowledge of international taxation laws and regulation
