As a Tax Manager/Senior Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing and reviewing tax compliance processes, including corporate and individual tax filings.
• Providing expert tax advisory services to clients, ensuring alignment with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Developing and implementing tax planning strategies for clients.
• Leading and mentoring a team of tax professionals to deliver high-quality services.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their tax needs.
• Representing clients in discussions and negotiations with tax authorities.
• Monitoring changes in tax legislation and advising clients on potential impacts.
• Ensuring timely and accurate reporting to clients and regulatory bodies.
  
  

Profile

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Taxation or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• MUST hold USKP C certification and licensed tax attorney.
• 10-15 years of proven experience in tax compliance, planning, and advisory within professional services.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
• Proficiency in tax software and reporting tools.
• Relevant professional certification or qualification in taxation.
