About the Opportunity

The primary purpose of the position of Tax Officer is to support the fundamental function in tax administrations as part of tax compliance for the Entity in FBMI (2157) and further ongoing of Entity Mainland Dairy Indonesia. The former of Tax Officer has been re-recruited from FBMI back to FBI (1193) and needs to be replaced. The Tax Officer needs to ensure the Company's tax compliance, VAT, Withholding tax and support of preparation of tax returns. The Tax Officer is also responsible for assisting Tax Manager in managing all tax planning and tax disputes for the business unit.

WITHHOLDING TAX

• Prepare the withholding tax calculation & withholding tax return timely and accurately. Ensure that the MAP Code for tax payment slips & kind of tax object stated in withholding tax slip already correct in the Coretax System.
• Ensure DGT-1 form available to support the tax rate facility on foreign service transaction
• Prepare the monthly reconciliations for WHT related to:
• a) WHT due per Balance Sheet VS WHT due per WHT Returns;
• b) tax base per Profit Loss VS tax base per WHT return
• c) the reconciliation for employee tax.
• Provide tax journal if needed

VALUE ADDED TAX

• Detail review on tax documents including local input tax invoices, import tax invoices, export documents & nota return from customers to ensure that the tax documents already met the tax regulation and ensure the amount key in JDE system same with the physical documents.
• Prepare monthly VAT calculation & VAT return timely and accurate.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations for VAT related to:
• a) tax base per Profit Loss VS tax base per VAT return.
• b) VAT Out per Balance Sheet VS VAT Out per VAT return
• c) VAT Input per Balance Sheet VS VAT Input per VAT return.
• Identify the expense subject to VAT Self Assessed and provide the calculation to be paid to the State Treasury timely and accurate.
• Provide tax journal if needed

Corporate Income Tax Return

• Ensure that all the prepaid tax Article 22 related to import, Article 23 & Article 25 are completed and filed properly and prepare the recapitulation / reconciliation monthly.
• Prepare nominative list for entertainment expense
• Prepare nominative list for promotional expense
• Liaise with HRD Team in preparing nominative list for benefit in kind

Audit & controversy

• Assisting Tax Manager for managing tax litigation/disputes cases.
• Provide the supporting document needed as evidence and identify the nature of transaction.

Tax Regulation and System Update

• Keep update the tax regulation and system especially in Coretax to be implemented in Company's Financial System (JDE etc).

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Tax, Accounting, or Finance.
• at least 23 years of experience in taxation or tax audit and experience in Coretax System
• Proficiency in Tax software (Coretax, DJP Online, e-Faktur Web etc), MS Office especially in Excel and accounting software (Oracle JDE, SAP).
