Tax Manager to lead tax operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic guidance across the business.
Job Descriptions:
- Review WHT (Including WHT Art. 21 for non-permanent employees) dan VAT Calculation
- Have complete understanding and experience in the Coretax operations
- Review Monthly reconciliations and equalizations
- Prepare CIT Projection
- Prepare annual tax report (SPT Badan), from its calculation to reporting
- Review E-Tax Invoices and WHT Slips
- Report DGT Form (E-SKD)
- Review tax imposed for daily payment request
- Handling SP2DK and tax audit
- Control registration and extension of advertising tax in regional office
- Review and maintain PB1 tax for F&B in regional office
- Discuss and become the main communicator between the company and external parties (both Directorate General of Taxes and Regional Tax Officers)
- Provide training to internal team on the tax updates (e.g : CIT preparation procedures)
- Become the main PIC for any taxation matter from other business units
- Conduct ad-hoc tax advisory
- Keep company up to date with recent tax regulations
Requirements:
- Degree in accounting and fiscal are welcome with more than 5 years of relevant experience in Big 4 and/ retail industry. Have combination of both is beneficial
- Have experience in leading team for more than 2 years
- Organized, critical thinking, strong analytical skills and confident speaking in English and Bahasa is a must
- Positive attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have experience and knowledge regarding Regional Tax (Pb1) is a plus
- Able to communicate well with team and also external parties
