Tax Intern

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Tax Intern to support our tax and compliance function. This role will assist in preparing tax documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting day-to-day tax operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing tax reports (e.g., VAT, WHT, Corporate Tax)
• Support tax filing and ensure timely submission in accordance with regulations
• Collect, organize, and maintain tax-related documents and records
• Assist in reconciling tax accounts with financial statements
• Support preparation for tax audits and inquiries
• Monitor tax deadlines and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Accounting) for required data
• Stay updated on relevant tax regulations and assist in impact analysis

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Accounting, Taxation, or related field
• Basic understanding of taxation (especially Indonesian tax regulations)
• Familiar with e-Faktur, e-SPT, or DJP Online is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Good communication and willingness to learn
