Tax Executive (Maternity Leave)

PT Transcosmos Indonesia, a joint venture between Transcosmos Inc. and CBN (a member of the Salim Group), is a Global Digital Transformation Partner in Customer Experience Solutions and Digital Marketing Solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end VAT compliance, including preparation, validation, and timely submission of monthly VAT returns using Coretax and e-Faktur.

- Manage VAT compliance for ID02 and support ID05 compliance together with the relevant team/outsource personnel.

- Perform monthly reconciliation between tax reports (e-Faktur/VAT In & Out) and General Ledger.

- Participate in the shadowing and handover process prior to the maternity leave period.

- Ensure accurate and timely tax reporting and maintain complete supporting documentation.

Requirements:

- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field.

- Relevant experience as Tax Executive, Tax Analyst, or similar role.

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in VAT compliance, Coretax, and e-Faktur.

- Experienced in Tax-to-GL reconciliation and monthly tax reporting.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Able to work independently and manage end-to-end tax processes.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Willing to be placed in BSD, South Tangerang.
