Tax Audit & Dispute Executive

Siloam Hospital looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tax Audit & Dispute Executives to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing tax audits, handling tax disputes, and ensuring full compliance with relevant tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and refine internal tax policies to ensure compliance with prevailing tax laws and regulations, while monitoring regulatory updates and assessing their impact on business operations.
• Provide tax analysis and advisory support on tax exposure, risks, business transactions, and strategic initiatives to support management decision-making.
• Manage tax audit processes, including preparing and reviewing required documentation, responding to audit inquiries, liaising with tax authorities, and analyzing audit findings to mitigate potential tax liabilities.
• Manage tax objections, appeals, and other tax dispute resolution processes, including preparing supporting arguments and documentation and coordinating with internal legal teams and/or external tax consultants.
• Represent the company in discussions and negotiations with tax authorities and maintain comprehensive records of tax audits, disputes, and related correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation
• Holding Brevet AB certification; Brevet C is an advantage.
• Holding USKP A and B certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field of taxation, prior experience working in a tax consulting firm is highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with tax-related software/applications
• Strong analytical thinking, technical capabilities, and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work full-time on-site in HO - Karawaci, Tangerang
