Tax Accounting Supervisor

Minor Food is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Tax Accounting Supervisor in Indonesia who is eager to contribute to the growth of our business and aspiring to join a leading global F&B player.

Job Descriptions

• Review all journal transactions, ensuring the journal is correct.
• Prepare the monthly financial statements (profit & loss, balance sheet, cashflow).
• Prepare the monthly reports to the principals.
• Create & post adjustment journals (accrual transactions & recurring transactions).
• Update report of budgeting & realization of the budget.
• Prepare the summary of tax report (WHT, VAT, local tax).
• Coordinate with the tax consultant to do registration & deregistration of new tax ID.
• Handle issues regarding to tax issues.
• Ensure every transaction has been deducted with WHT.
• Support monthly and yearly stock opname process
• Support audit process
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field
• Minimum2–4 years of experience in accounting and tax
• Good understanding of WHT, VAT, and local tax compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/tax software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Good command of written and spoken English
