Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Semarang for a Tax Accounting Supervisor. The primary responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements, managing corporate tax compliance procedures, overseeing the use of accounting software, providing financial reporting, and leading and supervising a team of accountants. The Tax Accounting Supervisor is also expected to support the implementation of operational policies and ensure adherence to applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance or related field
• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Experience with Accounting Software and related systems
• Proven leadership and team supervision skills
• In-depth knowledge of tax regulations and compliance in Indonesia
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tax accounting or corporate taxation
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, Brevet) is an advantage
• Prior experience in a supervisory or similar role is preferred
