Tax Accounting Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Batam for a Tax Accounting Manager. The Tax Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing tax planning, compliance, and preparation activities while ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Key tasks include analyzing financial statements, developing tax strategies to optimize company financial performance, and ensuring compliance with local and national regulations. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to manage all tax-related matters and supporting audits or reviews if needed.

• Strong expertise in Tax Planning and Tax Compliance
• Proficiency in Tax Preparation and understanding of tax regulations
• Experience in analyzing and preparing Financial Statements for tax purposes
• In-depth knowledge of local and national Tax regulations and laws
• Ability to work on-site in Batam and manage tasks with attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Professional certification in taxation (e.g., Brevet or equivalent) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
