Volex Indonesia is expanding and building a strong talent pool for our Maintenance & Production teams in Tembesi Innovation District, Batam.

Open Positions:

1. Technician (CNC, Stamping, Forging, Molding, Tooling)
2. Production Leader
3. Quality Inspector (IQC, IPQC, OQC)
4. Technical Operator (CNC)
5. Stamping Operator
6. Forging Operator

Requirements:

• Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC/Swiss-Type machining, Stamping, Forging, or related manufacturing processes
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Familiar with machine setup, adjustment, and basic troubleshooting
• Willing to work in shifts
• Strong teamwork, discipline, and safety awareness
