Talent Pool Intern Sales Marketing Commercial

The KCS Internship Program provides undergraduate students with meaningful, hands-on experience through real project assignments. The program requires a minimum commitment of 3 months and can extend up to 12 months, depending on the role and business needs.

This application serves as a talent pool for current internship openings within the Sales, Commercial, and Marketing functions. Please find below the list of available positions along with their detailed job descriptions.

1. SALES CAPABILITIY

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Capabilities Program A project aimed at driving fundamental performance within the sales team to ensure sustainable business growth, particularly in the General Trade (GT) channel.
  • Fundamental Monitoring Driven Data-driven monitoring and optimization of sales coverage, encompassing FJP, AA, CCR, CER, and TDP metrics.
  • Coaching Program In-field sales force development led by Area Business Managers (ABMs) across their respective territories.
  • Sales Tools and Enablers Development of sales tools and enablers to support the effective execution of business operations in the field.

2. E-COMMERCE

Responsibilities:

  • Support e-Commerce managers in campaign execution and promotional monitoring.
  • Manage product visibility and store decorations across online platform for categories: Baby Care, Feminine Care, Family Care, and Adult Care.
  • Assist daily operational tasks across multiple e-commerce platforms.
  • Prepare and analyse sales reports and online performance data.

3. MARKETING ADULT CARE

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the brand team (Adult Care: Confidence) with project execution and distribution of products/gimmicks based on the schedule.
  • Coordinate social media giveaway shipments, KOL hampers, and complain-handling product delivery.
  • Collect and interpret campaign performance data to evaluate effectiveness.

4. SALES NKA

Responsibilities:

  • Handle VF (Verification Form) preparation to ensure sales data and documents meet internal standards.
  • Record and monitor hybrid Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Manage documents through SignNow, particularly those requiring digital signatures.
  • Support the claim process.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active undergraduate student (final year preferred) from any relevant major.
  1. Sales Capability: Preferrable on Statistics, Accounting, or related major.
  2. E-Commerce: Preferrable on Management Business, Marketing, or related major.
  3. Marketing: Preferrable on Marketing, Management, or related major.
  • Able to commit to an internship period of 3-12 months depending on the role.
  • Strong analytical thinkingand attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel & PowerPoint required; others are a plus).
  • Fast learner, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership and willingness to take initiative.
  • Willing to be placed at Head Office (BSD, South Tangerang).
