Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies related to labor relations, and compliance with employment laws.
• Act as the main point of contact for handling employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions, ensuring a smooth resolution process.
• Maintain strong relationships with labor unions and government bodies to ensure proper communication and compliance.
• Conduct regular audits of company policies to ensure alignment with current labor laws and make recommendations for improvement.
• Strategically coordinate with the outsourcing team for monitoring and improvement related to recruitment issues, onboarding & offboarding, turnover, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or related fields.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Industrial Relations, HR Business Partner or similar field
• Strong understanding of labor laws, employee regulations, and industrial relations practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle conflict resolution and negotiations.
• Ability to work independently, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
