Talent Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Actively explore and discover potential female creators within our app.
• Conduct friendly one-on-one chats to understand their personalities, discover hidden talents and match them with appropriate KOL project opportunities.
• Build personal trust, offer continuous encouragement, and guide them on what to expect during video shoots or live streams.
• Brief creators before the event and provide basic tips to boost their confidence.
• Build warm, long-term relationships to turn shy first-timers into reliable, regular project partners.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in creator operations, MCN/agency management, streamer scouting, or online community moderation.
• Excellent at chatting with users, discovering their unique sparkle, and making them feel comfortable.
• Skilled at encouraging beginner creators, easing their anxiety, and building deep trust.
• Strong capability to address issues, adapt to changes, and execute quick solutions.
• Keen on MOBA game, especially Mobile Legends Bang Bang;
