Talent Manager (Esport/Agency)

Job Descriptions:

• Source and manage gaming talents, influencers, streamers, cosplayers, and KOLs for esports and gaming-related projects.
• Negotiate talent rates, deliverables, and usage rights within approved budgets.
• Coordinate talent schedules, appearances, rehearsals, and event timelines.
• Prepare and conduct talent briefings before campaigns and events.
• Planning talent hospitality and on-ground support during event days, including transportation, accommodation, meals, and backstage coordination.
• Maintain strong relationships with agencies, managements, and independent creators within the gaming ecosystem.
• Work closely with internal teams to align talent deliverables with campaign objectives.
• Ensure smooth execution of talent-related activities from pre-production to post-event reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, esports, gaming, or the entertainment industry.
• Strong network of gaming creators, streamers, esports personalities, cosplay communities, and KOL agencies.
• Experience handling talent negotiations, scheduling, and event coordination.
• Strong understanding of esports and gaming culture, trends, and communities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and event days.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing on-ground talent operations and hospitality is highly preferred
