Identify and analyze talent mapping and succession planning data, taking into account key position data and talent readiness.
Prepare, coordinate, and process employee assessment administration—including invitations, scheduling, materials, and assessor coordination—and input assessment results into the system.
Identify and verify the completeness of Individual Development Plans (IDPs), monitor implementation progress, and report IDP status periodically.
Identify, analyze, and compile talent analyses covering readiness levels, talent retention, IDP progress, and the effectiveness of development programs.
Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology; a Master's degree or a Professional Psychology degree is an advantage.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Talent Management or Talent Development.
Keen understanding of competency gap analysis, leadership development, coaching program design, succession plan management, psychological assessment, and talent profiling.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
Proactive, willing to learn, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), North Jakarta.
