Job Description

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

To drive the full cycle of Talent Management process and ensure a strong employee experience across Talent Acquisition, Career Development, Employer Branding, Engagement, and Learning & Development. This role will also support general HR operations locally in Indonesia and play a key part in organizing and executing employee engagement initiatives. The individual will acquire, plan, implement, and monitor talent management strategies, including succession planning and career development, while ensuring alignment with B2BE's global objectives. Please note that the role requires you to be based in Surabaya.

OBJECTIVES OF ROLE:

  • Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including attracting, sourcing, screening, assessing, organizing interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Utilize multiple strategies such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to strengthen B2BE's employer branding and attract high-quality talent.
  • Support and execute global and local initiatives across talent acquisition, talent development, employer branding, and employee engagement to enhance employee satisfaction and alignment with business goals.
  • Organize and support employee engagement activities locally in Indonesia to build team morale, culture, and connectivity.
  • Act as the local point of contact for HR operations matters, including onboarding/offboarding, documentation, employee queries, and HR policy support.
  • Contribute to the growth and effectiveness of global Human Resources by aligning talent strategies with organizational needs.
  • Support training and development coordination for the global and local team.
  • Champion B2BE's values and organizational culture both internally and externally.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, or HR Generalist role.

- Proactive and organized, able to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.

- Strong interest in employee experience, engagement, and delivering quality HR support.

- Good knowledge of current talent trends and HR practices.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with stakeholders and employees at all levels.
