  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering) for academic and non-academic roles
  • Design and implement talent management initiatives (performance review, succession planning, and talent mapping)
  • Collaborate with faculty leaders and internal stakeholders to identify strategic workforce needs
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline (local and international candidates)
  • Support employee development and engagement programs
  • Ensure HR processes are executed efficiently and aligned with institutional standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment and/or talent management
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes and assessment methods
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in higher education or multinational environments is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience in hiring lecturers or expatriate professionals
  • Familiarity with employer branding and campus recruitment
  • Strong professional network in academic or industry talent pools
