Job Description:
- Design and implement annual talent development programs, including core talent mapping, succession planning, and talent pool development.
- Support the development and execution of leadership, career development, and employee learning programs.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop as well as execute customized training and development plans.
- Organize and manage talent evaluation tools such as competency assessments and assessment centers.
- Build and maintain a talent database, and analyze talent profiles to support strategic HR decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, and continuously optimize training strategies.
- Collaborate with business units to promote a continuous learning culture and sustainable talent development.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as HRBP, handle talent development, training, or organizational development (experience in large companies or consulting firms is preferred).
- Strong understanding of talent mapping, competency frameworks, and succession planning.
- Excellent communication, coordination, project management, and analytical skills.
- Strong logical thinking and presentation skills, with the ability to independently design training and development programs.
- Certification as a trainer or assessor (e.g., TTT, DISC, MBTI, etc.) is a plus.
Budget: IDR. 25,000,000 – IDR. 35,000,000 THP (Negotiable, depend on experience)
