Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of managerial expericence in Talent Development or Learning & Development
- Proven experience in competency development, performance management, succession planning,and employee engagement
- Strong understanding of employee development strategie and organizational capability devlopment
- Experience in FMCG industry will be an advantage
- Strong communication,stakeholder management, analytical thinking and leadership skills
Tanggung Jawab:
- Lead and manage end-to-end Talent Development initiatives, including talent acquisition strategies, learning & development, career development, performance management, and succession planning to support organizational capability and business growth
- Design and implement strategic employee development programs aligned with business need, organizational goals, and talent capability enhancement
- Drive employee engagement and cultural engagement initiatives to stregthen company culture, enhance employee experience, and improve retention
- Facilitate talent review and people development discussion with stakeholders to ensure effective talent management and leadership pipeline readiness
- Evaluate the effectiveness of talent development and engagement programs through data analysis, organizational needs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
