Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions across global locations. This role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, and guiding hiring teams through structured selection processes. The specialist will collaborate closely with business leaders and HR to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and maintain an effective talent pipeline. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing job postings, leveraging multiple channels and platforms for candidate outreach, promoting Pro Integrate's employer brand, and ensuring a positive, inclusive candidate experience. The role also includes maintaining accurate recruitment data, providing regular hiring progress updates, and continuously improving recruitment practices based on metrics and feedback.
Qualifications

• Recruiting and Hiring skills to manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes for diverse roles.
• Interviewing and Communication skills to effectively assess candidates and engage stakeholders.
• Employer Branding and Communication skills to represent the organization and enhance its market presence.
• Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, talent networks) for global hiring.
• Knowledge of best practices in inclusive hiring and a commitment to non-discriminatory recruitment.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across multiple time zones.
• Prior experience recruiting in IT, AI, or consulting domains preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
