Talent & Organization Development Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving initiatives that support the growth and development of an organization's talent and workforce. The role involves creating strategies for talent management, employee development, leadership training, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Talent Development: Design and implement programs that enhance employee skills, leadership potential, and career progression.
- Leadership Development: Create initiatives to identify and nurture future leaders within the organization through training and mentorship programs.
- Organizational Effectiveness: Assess and improve organizational structures, processes, and systems to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- Performance Management: Develop and oversee performance evaluation systems to support employee growth and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Culture & Employee Engagement: Foster a positive organizational culture and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Succession Planning: Develop and manage succession planning strategies to ensure a strong pipeline of leadership talent.
- Change Management: Support the organization in navigating and adapting to changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
Job qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Management or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or human resources, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of talent development, leadership programs, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Ability to analyze data and implement strategies that drive business results.
- Experience in designing and delivering training and development programs.
