Ensure that each division within the company submit its annual manpower requisition in order to the recruitment plan strategy.
Develop a recruitment strategy to fulfill manpower requirements based on the supply/demand certain positions, whether to pursue through databank search, advertisement, from internal and external source.
Ensure that the selection process is managed properly, starting from preliminiary interview together with hiring manager, shorlisting the candidates based on agreement with hiring manager and compensation standard and obtain approval from division.
Collaboration with Employer Branding team for doing the employer branding activations.

Job Requirements
Min. Bachelor's degree from any major.
Minimum 5 years of full life cycle recruiting in a high volume environment and level.
Have experience in Retail Fashion industry.
Excellent written/oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; good English skills
Computer literate with strong Excel skills.
Familiar with fast-paced & dynamic working culture
