Your Main Duties In Flying With Us

Talent Sourcing & Screening:

• Identify and source potential candidates through career site, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates qualifications.
  
  

Candidate Coordination & Communication

• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  
  

Job Posting & Recruitment Marketing

• Create and publish job postings on relevant platforms.
• Promote job opportunities via social media and professional networks.
  
  

Database & Applicant Tracking

• Maintain and update candidate databases or ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Track recruitment progress and provide reports on hiring metrics.
  
  

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with HR teams and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving recruitment strategies.
  
  

Mandatory Belongings That You Must Prepare

• Experience in recruitment, either in-house, agency, or freelance with minimum experience in recruitment 3 years.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and sourcing tools.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.(Preferred) Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Willing to work hybrid in office 3 days
