What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer management.
- Strong background in international hiring and high-volume recruitment.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken (English assessment will be part of the interview process).
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Experience collaborating with global and multicultural teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Manage hiring processes across APAC and European markets while ensuring compliance with global recruitment standards.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver high-quality talent solutions.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates across various functions.
- Collaborate with international Talent Acquisition teams and stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while strengthening employer branding initiatives.
- Support strategic recruitment projects that contribute to TP's global growth and expansion.
