Participate in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process: gathering position requirements from stakeholders/users, promoting open positions via job portals, conducting screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management, and onboarding process for mass hiring (PKHL/Blue Collar/ Field Workers).
Maintain and update candidate data in the database.
Conduct initial phone screenings and provide feedback to the hiring team.
Prepare recruitment reports and analytics.
Provide additional administrative and operational support to other HR teams, including Learning & Development (LnD), HR Business Partner (HRBP), and Compensation & Benefits teams.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Have a minimal of 1 year experience in handling mass recruitment of Blue Collars/Field Workers.
Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human capital management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, JobStreet Express, Telegram channels, and Facebook job postings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Able to work in a hybrid setting (WFO at Segari's Daan Mogot Head office and Cirendeu's Head Office).
