Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at PT. SG Group in Jakarta. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will also be responsible for employer branding and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing
• Knowledge of employer branding and talent acquisition strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience using recruitment software and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Additional certifications in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition are a plus
