Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tangerang, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within PT Link Net Tbk. This position involves partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating a smooth selection and offer process. The specialist will support employer branding initiatives, maintain a positive candidate experience, and ensure recruiting activities align with company policies and workforce plans. Daily tasks include updating recruitment pipelines, coordinating interview schedules, managing recruitment-related documentation, and providing regular reports on hiring progress.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, covering sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
• Candidates should possess experience in Interviewing and Hiring, including assessment of competencies and cultural fit and collaboration with hiring managers.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Employer Branding, helping to promote PT Link Net Tbk as an attractive workplace across channels.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within technology, telecommunications, or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, HRIS or ATS tools, and standard office software.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English.
