Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across various functions (event production, creative, operations, client servicing, technical support, etc.).
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling, interviews, assessments, and offers.
  • Use multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, and niche platforms) to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future event projects.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep accurate records of all recruitment activity and regularly update the ATS/recruitment tracker.
  • Provide weekly recruitment updates to the Manager / Dubai office.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in recruitment, preferably in the events, marketing, media, or creative industries.
  • Proven ability to source candidates across multiple channels, including LinkedIn and industry-specific networks.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Comfortable working remotely with teams across different time zones.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive.
