Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

OG Healthcare is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, primarily for Medical Scribe positions, along with other critical roles. You will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Post job openings across job portals, social media, and other platforms
• Source and screen candidates through various channels
• Conduct HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation
• Support employer branding and recruitment drives

Requirements:

• Any graduate with 1+ years of experience in recruitment
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, and interview techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (ATS experience is a plus)
