What the Role Entails:
- End-to-End Ownership: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial briefing and sourcing to offer management and pre-boarding.
- Strategic Sourcing: Using your expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and niche networks to identify and engage with passive top-tier talent.
- Candidate Experience: Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring every candidatesuccessful or otherwisehas a positive and transparent experience.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Working closely with me and other leads to define requirements and provide data-led insights on the current market landscape.
- Process Improvement: Constantly looking for ways to streamline our hiring workflows and enhance our employer brand presence in the UK market.
About You:
- Proven Track Record: At least 13 years of experience in recruitment (either agency or in-house).
- The Human Touch: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and negotiate with integrity.
- Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient with ATS platforms and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Resilience: A calm, organised approach to managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to track progress and refine recruitment strategies.
