We are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist with requirements =
- Min. bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field.
- 1+ years of experience working as a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Supervisor is preferred.
- Having experience in handling a FMCG distribution company and managing nationwide sales recruitment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and interviewing techniques
- Having ability to manage projects and multi-task.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
- Fluent in English is an advantage
- Having ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Having a flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Willing to travel.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll need to:
- Handle nationwide sales team fulfillment to support business expansion and operational needs
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and manpower planning
- Conduct interviews and selection processes
- Monitor recruitment targets and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases
- Develop sourcing channels
- Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor regulations
