Talent Acquisition Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership Talent Acquisition professional to drive hiring across multiple branches.
This role carries real performance expectations. You will own end-to-end recruitment, maintain pipeline velocity, and ensure hiring decisions meet our quality bar.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interview coordination, up to offer stage across multiple roles and branches.
Pipeline Management
Build and maintain a strong and ready talent pipeline to support ongoing and upcoming hiring needs.
Stakeholder Partnership
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower gaps, clarify role expectations, and keep the hiring process moving on timeline.
Candidate Experience
Ensure every candidate interaction reflects professionalism, clarity, and a well-structured process.
Recruitment Reporting
Track hiring metrics such as time to fill, pipeline movement, and source effectiveness, and provide regular updates to the team.
Process Improvement
Continuously identify bottlenecks in the recruitment funnel and propose improvements that can scale.
