Main Responsibilities
- Actively search for prospective talent in line with the specifications and needs of the company and industry trends.
- Ensure end-to-end talent acquisition process is executed effectively, aligning with the company's goals and values.
- Maintain and manage the Company's job portal account, keeping job postings updated and engaging.
- Conduct the full selection process from initial screening through onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Lead Employer Branding programs and activities in collaboration with universities and partners to strengthen our market presence.
- Develop and implement continuous improvements in the recruitment and selection process to drive efficiency and enhance candidate quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field, with at least 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition role
- Strong proficiency in Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI) techniques and psychological testing interpretation
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms (Linkedin, Jobstreet, etc)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships with candidates and stakeholders alike
