About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and work closely with hiring managers and business leaders. Strong English communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Source, interview, and assess candidates through various channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Provide market insights and salary benchmarks.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, organized, and hands-on.
