Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination)
  • Conduct active and proactive sourcing via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Perform behavioral and competency-based interviews
  • Partner with hiring managers to fulfill time-sensitive recruitment needs
  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reporting
  • Liaise with recruitment vendors if needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any major (Psychology / HR related preferred)
  • 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
  • Experienced with multiple sourcing channels
  • Strong communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work independently under tight deadlines
  • Available to join immediately or within a very short notice period
  • Comfortable and fully committed to a 3 months project based contract
