Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination)
- Conduct active and proactive sourcing via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Perform behavioral and competency-based interviews
- Partner with hiring managers to fulfill time-sensitive recruitment needs
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reporting
- Liaise with recruitment vendors if needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any major (Psychology / HR related preferred)
- 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Experienced with multiple sourcing channels
- Strong communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently under tight deadlines
- Available to join immediately or within a very short notice period
- Comfortable and fully committed to a 3 months project based contract
