Talent Acquisition Officer
Position Summary
Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for supporting recruitment and talent assessment activities to fulfill company manpower needs. This role involves managing recruitment processes, sourcing potential candidates, coordinating assessments, supporting onboarding activities, and maintaining positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external networks. The position also supports employee assessment initiatives related to talent development, promotion, and organizational growth.
*This position will be based in Pangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province, Indonesia*
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology or related field.
Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related HR functions.
Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
- Able to administer psychological tests and employee assessments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Good administrative, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through various recruitment channels and professional networks.
- Coordinate and administer candidate and employee assessments, including psychological testing and evaluation processes.
- Prepare recruitment and assessment reports, along with recommendations based on evaluation results.
- Support employee onboarding and adaptation processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Assist in employee assessment programs related to promotion, talent mapping, development, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teams to support workforce planning and recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and assessment documentation while ensuring data confidentiality.
