Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for all positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies based on market supply and demand, utilizing various sourcing channels such as databases, job portals, social media, referrals, and external networks.
  • Ensure recruitment and selection processes are conducted properly and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and employer branding initiatives.
  • Utilize social media platforms and recruitment tools to advertise vacancies, attract potential candidates, and maintain candidate engagement.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases accurately and timely.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably handling end-to-end recruitment.
  • Mandarin speaking proficiency is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes, interview techniques, and hiring practices.
  • Familiar with recruitment platforms, social media hiring, and sourcing strategies.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
