Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for all positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
Develop effective recruitment strategies based on market supply and demand, utilizing various sourcing channels such as databases, job portals, social media, referrals, and external networks.
Ensure recruitment and selection processes are conducted properly and in accordance with company procedures.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and employer branding initiatives.
Utilize social media platforms and recruitment tools to advertise vacancies, attract potential candidates, and maintain candidate engagement.
Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases accurately and timely.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably handling end-to-end recruitment.
Mandarin speaking proficiency is mandatory.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of recruitment processes, interview techniques, and hiring practices.
Familiar with recruitment platforms, social media hiring, and sourcing strategies.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
