About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the full-cycle recruitment strategy and execution for the organization, with a strong focus on massive hiring and scalable recruitment rollout within the multi-finance, fintech, insurance, smart phones retailor.
This role requires a data-driven recruitment leader who can build and manage a high-performing team, partner with business leaders, and ensure timely delivery of top-quality talent aligned with organizational growth and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies to support business growth, focusing on massive hiring and high-volume recruitment needs.
- Develop recruitment plans and forecasts in collaboration with stakeholders to align with organizational goals and hiring demands.
- Lead the rollout of massive hiring programs (e.g. sales teams etc.) in business targeted cities
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche roles across fintech, banking, and multi-finance segments.
- Utilize data and recruitment analytics to track key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring quality.
- Prepare periodic recruitment dashboards and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team by providing recruitment market insights, trends, and best practices.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in managerial or supervisory roles.
- Hands-on experience in massive hiring rollouts and managing high-volume recruitment projects.
- Strong background in data-driven recruitment strategies and familiarity with recruitment metrics and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of digital sourcing tools and modern recruitment platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and recruitment analytics.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities in Bahasa and English.
- High adaptability and resilience, especially in a fast-paced fintech environment.
