Job Descriptions:

• Collaborate with users to identify hiring needs in Live Streaming Team.
• Fulfill vacant positions within the company using various recruitment methods.
• Negotiate employment terms to achieve win-win outcomes for both candidates and the company.
• Prepare and process employment agreements for new hires.
• Facilitate onboarding and induction for new hires.

Job Requirements:

• Have at least 1-2 years of experience in recruiting live streaming host.
• Proven to be able to excel in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
• Possess good attitude to connect with others, self-driven character to complete tasks, and high initiative to take action.
• Have hands-on experience with the full recruiting cycle using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have a keen understanding of the differences between various roles within Live Streaming Team.
