Participating in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process: gather position requirements from TA team, promote open positions via job portals, conduct screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management, and onboarding process for mass hiring PKHL
Support the creation and posting of job descriptions on various platforms
Maintain and update candidate data in the data base
Conduct initial phone screenings and provide feedback to the hiring team
Prepare recruitment reports and analytics
Requirements
Undergraduate or Postgraduate currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and related fields.
Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human capital management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with job portal such as LinkedIn, jobstreet express, facebook job posting,
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Able to work hybrid arrangement (WFO at Segari's Daan Mogot Head office and Cirendeu's Head Office).
