What Will You Get :
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Assist in the development and refinement of talent management and development processes
- Help coordinate and implement talent assessment initiatives
- Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling interviews and updating candidate records
- Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations for talent management initiatives
- Maintain and update records and databases to ensure accurate tracking of employee recruitment/development activities
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Have experience & strong interest in recruitment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willing to work in BSD, South Tangerang
